What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

My coaching is based on integrating mindset, neuroscience, and practical skills, offering a comprehensive approach to building resilience. I work with individuals and companies, utilizing a unique four-part system for enhanced creativity, effective stress-management, better problem-solving and establishing strong relationships. This approach is tailorable to fit the needs and objectives of the company or individual, is easy to implement and ensures lasting results.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The most critical factors contributing to my success stem from my unique blend of experiences. Having navigated a demanding job environment where burnout was prevalent, I deeply understand the challenges employees face. My expertise in mindset, hypnotherapy, and neuroscience equips me to offer innovative, science-backed solutions for resilience and well-being. Furthermore, my ability to bridge the gap between theory and practical application, drawn from these fields, ensures that my work brings tangible, sustainable value to individuals and organizations alike.

Dr. Chantrise Sims Holliman

Dr. Chantrise Sims Holliman is an educator, author, speaker, and Resilience Strategist. What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

What sets me apart from other coaches is that I don’t consider myself a coach. I am a strategist. Coaches help train others to do something. Strategists help others plan to be something. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need to decide for themselves what thriving in their lives looks like. The method I use is called The Resilience Reset, a set of seven principles developed to help my clients do the self-work needed to move forward despite the curve balls life throws at them.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing that has contributed to my success as a strategist is my authenticity. When I talk about developing resilience, it’s not something I know only in theory. I’ve had to cultivate it for my own life after becoming disabled. You don’t go from running half-marathons to being a full-time wheelchair user and amputee and not become an expert in what it means to be resilient. With me, you’re always going to get the good, the great, and the ugly. But you’ll also find success if you’re willing to do the work.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

The single thing that’s made me successful is my unique background that combines wellness, leadership and teaching, enabling me to listen to and understand people. First, this allows me to help my clients see their blind spots because you cannot change what you don’t see. Then I can draw upon an extensive toolbox of deep knowledge and practical skills to find the right fit for that client and to help them move forward in doing what matters most.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

What makes me unique as a coach is that my work in the area of geriatrics has enabled me to see the “end of the movie,” so I deeply understand how various stressors can affect one’s life in the long run. I use this knowledge to help clients rewrite their stories so that their outcomes align with what’s most important to them. Then, I use all my experiences to introduce individualized and specific strategies that work. This results in leaders who know their “why” and who live and lead with intention.

What do you do differently or how is your coaching different from others?

I support leaders & individuals to build resilience so they can adapt and thrive in any situation. My coaching is based on neuroscience, the cross-cultural study of human behavior, and resilient systems science. I use internal family systems, somatics, Qi Gong, and Coaching for Transformation as a basis for the coaching process. I facilitate a co-created journey with an equitable power dynamic where we work together to cultivate transformational growth in a safe, constructive space. This foundation enables clients to develop and integrate resilient thoughts, behaviors, and processes as they transform to be in deeper alignment with their true Self.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The single most important thing, beyond training and experience, is being dedicated to my own growth along the way. My continued curiosity and humbling personal resilience-building allows me to offer authentic support to my clients in a way that deeply resonates. This ongoing transformation and the energy it brings has been exponentially powerful for myself and my clients.

I bring to my clients relatability as well as firm honesty. I don’t allow my clients to hide behind limiting beliefs. I will challenge them to get beyond that and go for what they really want in their lives. I can help them because I have been where they are, my life experiences might not be the same, but I’ve experienced burnout, overwhelm, instability and loss. I show them that they can rise above it, and together we can break the rules that society has placed on us as a hustle culture.

What according to you has been the single most important thing that has contributed to your success as a coach?

The most important thing contributing to my success is my willingness to evolve as a person, therefore evolving my business. Starting my business brought up a lot of old insecurities that, at times, beat out my drive to live my purpose. By being willing to evolve and heal as a  person, I can grow in my business. Setting up that strong foundation has made all the difference.
